82年夏, 讀英國哲人 Colin Wilson 的書 "Mysteries", 蠻有趣, 他多處提到 葛吉夫 與他的大弟子 鄔斯賓斯基 (Ouspensky)... 找到 葛吉夫 的 "Views from the Real Word - Early Talks of Gurdjieff" 和 鄔氏的 The Fourth Way ("第四道")... 他們三人的書閃爍著心靈意義上的靈感!
82年有八個月的時間, 沒有工作, 沒有學習, 沒有愛情, 日子是空蕩蕩的, 我待在空蕩蕩的孤單裏, 發了一個清明夢, 記憶中 這是我的第一個清明夢... ...(待續)

What do you think about healing? See everything as whole and there can be healing. As you know its all that essence or spirit or whatever you like to call it, there is nothing that is not already perfect, is not already whole and complete, even if it's manifesting as brokenness; the thing is don't try and fix the appearance - understand, grasp and stay with the essence of what you are. Then the appearance will change, might change accordingly, or it might not. Whatever it does it will be no big deal either way. Because what you are is birth-less and deathless anyway, uncontaminated or untouched or added, and that applies to any other manifestation in the universe also, whether they know it or see it or not. Where are you taking this healing? Have a look at this so called healing: Jesus who was supposed to be risen from the dead. Where is he now? Why should we argue about him?... ... There's no one except U and Me! What is the point you can heal or patch things up but it's only transient, the same as the rest of manifestation, why patch things up, why patch up the appearance? Essence was never born or ever died.

一般來說, 人遇到痛苦的時候, 會找一點甚麼做做, 如不停吃東西, 不肯休息, 這是 '狂躁' 的階段, 或相反的另一面, 不斷昏睡, 在昏睡中抱怨, 這是 '抑鬱' 的階段, 都是逃離自己的情緒, 都是往外找, 往外看。
痛得久了, 治療不了就會變成痺, 變得麻木。
第一次失戀時, 女友問我:"你控制得咁好 o既！？"... 其實我把那份傷痛壓抑在心底, 長久的日子裏生活得像孤魂野鬼。
...漸漸地, 我懂得去觀, 往內看, 往自己裏面看, 往內走, 往"存在"走。
以前哭得不夠的, 現在去到一個點, 在那裏哭個夠, 我知道是有天意的。
第一次上"鑽石途徑"的課, 主題是穿越我們的性格, 回到生命的本體。
persona 字源是希臘文, 指戲劇裏角色所戴的面具, 應是英文吸收了這個字, 變成 personality.
面具帶得久了, 好像是真的, 觀就是看到面具不是我們真正的自己。

It seems an act of the Divine Providence to lose my first love, and to be in the lost of love again, after almost thirty years.
Kathryn: if it feels that way, there is a reason. listen to your inner ear.
Tami: Thank you Kathryn, I'm singing with my inner voice lately, so I will listen to my inner ear as you suggest.
Kathryn Freed : :) there is a ride, we are to take...a lesson to learn, and another way to show love.
Tami: Now I feel more able to free myself from entangling with the other, though there's still some pain inside.
Kathryn: out of the deepest mire, grows the lotus.
Tami: being patient enough to rest in pain, then there comes a sharpened sense of compassion.

I did it out of love, not lust, even if it is painful and let myself stay calmly in the pain hearing two voices split in my mind. Pain is the evidence of my being truly born and becoming more and more an individual. Love lost on a personal plane is the love regained on a higher plane.

人之將死，其心也靜
├ 這個體驗大概發生於2003年春夏之間
一天早上醒來，不想起牀，還卧在牀上，一個念頭來到：不如就此走吧！不是跳樓，不是燒炭，而是絶食，使自己慢慢死去... ...別離的意志頗為堅定，感覺身體漸漸向下沉，身體下方沒有承托，彷彿向下沉入一個昏黃幽暗的空間，沒有邊緣，渺渺冥冥，看不見在睡覺的房間，耳邊一片死寂，家居原是很近電車路，平時可以聽見電車叮叮噹噹的鈴聲，但這刻卻甚麼也聽不到，心裏寜靜... ... 彷彿過了一小時，下牀，自然地走出了那個境界。

聽人談論瀕死經驗，我也來談一點！
朝聞道，夕死可矣，靜聽濤聲心浪息。
人之將死，其心也靜，死亡並不可怕，也不痛苦，只有靈魂的平靜。

Optimistic Smiles
Woke up before dawn and wrote a small poem ~ ~
Optimistic Smiles
I felt the tangible shock inside myself
when I realized I was in the vicarious role of the projection of her missing boyfriend.
Translate the sacred script into multi dimensions:
People, stage, time and date and, above all,
to be amazed at epiphanies of the Spirit.
Behold her beauty in a new light:
Although she is dressed all in solemnly black,
her eyes are twinkling with delight.
Her face is lit up with optimistic smiles.

The beautiful woman is N stood by a natural integral number.
I have been doing the fog meditation for myself lately. There was white fog, grey fog in my eyes, and when I was looking inward, I felt a big hard rock in my bosom. Pain. Crying aloud with tears. Catharsis.
