Hi Tameer,

It's getting more & more interesting in writing, sharing and exchanging ideas with u.

Hey, don't flatter me. I'm clever? Everything I said is not theory, knowledge... learnt from others; it's my true personal experience! Everyone in this world has the right and ability to have their own experiences and share it with others. That's nothing special.

You try to guess what Tony thinks in the tv ad, but, being straight forward, I dare say that it's your own projection on his thoughts and feelings.

You said that you're kidding while you guess why Tony doesn't grab the ladies first, and try to find out the reason. But why don't you kid another way and guess, 'In this ad, Tony is a gay and have no interest on women. There are so many hot guys waiting for him in Star World Hotel.'?

Another reason why Tony didn't stop for the ladies: 'Tony is a straight guy, but were too picky on women and have no interest on those ladies in the club house, and there are ladies with even far higher qualities waiting for him in Star World Hotel.'

One more: 'Tony is not quite a sexual, horny guy, but a gamble addict. He doesn't have much interest in hot guy, hot ladies, but only gambling. As there are so many casinos inside or around Star World Hotel, he never stop for the ladies, keep walking until he reached the hotel.'

I, with a little arrogance, dare guess that this 3 reasons I quote is even more likely to be true.

When you said, 'Maybe Tony just pretended not to be attracted. Or if Tony owns that hotel, then he is not anxious to go after those girls. He is then rich enough to have as many girls as he likes. He has shown his pride and nobility not to be attracted.' Are you really talking about what Tony thinks? Or is it your own PROJECTION of what YOU think?

But, no matter what, everything we guess on what Tony thinks is sheer bull shits!!!

You said that you like meditation, but do you agree that one of the main object of meditation is '作如是觀'?

What I only heard Tony said in this ad is, 'There's only one place worth me stop - I choose Star World Hotel, Macau.'

And, from this sentence, from everything I saw in this ad, I can only see that Tony never stop his pace for anything including the ladies, except Star World Hotel. Whatever reason, he only stop for the hotel - the hotel is his final object - no matter this hotel can give him hot guys, even hotter girls, gambling, pride, nobility...

If he stop for the hotel for the hot guys and/or even hotter girls, then those hot guys and/or even hotter girls is his 'actual wants'.

If he stop for the hotel for the pride and nobility you mentioned, then pride and nobility is his 'actual wants'.

If he stop for the hotel for the casinos and gambling, then gambling is his 'actual wants'.

And if he stop for the hotel just for the hotel itself, then the hotel is his 'actual wants',

That's all.

And, from your latest email, I dare guess that your 'actual wants' is not revolution, not meditation, not even being a saviour, but 'ROMANCE'!!!

But sure I know nothing about what you want, just like we don't know what Tony thinks in the TV ad. And there's no right or wrong, but it's your own responsibility to figure it out yourself anyway.

Never try to guess what other people think, or we'll hit the wall. Remember what Socrates said, 'I don't know nothing.'?

There only one thing I wanna tell you - THERE'S SOMEHOW CONFLICT BETWEEN BEING SERIOUS AND BEING ROMANTIC.

And don't get it wrong - success is not neccessary hard earned.

I think I should repeat - SUCCESS IS 'BEING FULLY SATISFIED'.

So in your case, as contentment, peace, love, egolessness, romance... and a castle can keep you fully satisfied, it's your definition of success, no matter it's hard earned or easy earned.

Anyway we don't dare deny that there are some people who enjoy the process of competitions and fully satisfied with material gain. I know some people even never retire from working after retiring age and take their work and career as entertainment.

Again, there no right or wrong for either way of life, no matter being a hard working bee or a playful butterfly. Nobody has the right to critizise, condemn, not even Osho.

Yes, maybe we shouldn't satirize and scold others too much - Osho has done too much of something like this.

What I still insist is - no matter what way of life we choose, we just enjoy the process, gain, and be responsible for any consequences caused.

And please make sure that contentment, peace, love, egolessness, romance... and a castle is not just your second choice - so many people in the religions, meditation camp pursue are losers in the material world, fail to get success, and then try to forget about those 'sour grape' by pursuing spiritual stuffs.

What I wanna say is those people who think like this will never have and transcendence in spiritual world.

That's why I quote Warren Buffet's example to you guys.

If ones 'actual wants' is not those material gain, one will feel nothing after reading his example.

But if one got a strong feeling after reading his story, then one should try to look more into him/herself.

Think about it.
